Win A Omologato Sports Watch – Choice of style

Widely used in the world of motorsport, Omologato produces incredible-looking watches built to withstand the capabilities of motorsport, as well as tying in motorsport history.

THE BSB X OMOLOGATO CHRONO

The Bennetts British Superbike Championship welcomes a new Official Timekeeper ahead of this year’s 25th anniversary season, following a new partnership announcement with Omologato. The Omologato logo will feature on the official event live timing service, and in the associated timing graphics embedded in the worldwide TV broadcast at each event as part of the exclusive Official Partner and Timekeeper status.

BRITISH RACING GREEN CLASSIC

Synonymous with great racing drivers such as Jack Brabham, Jim Clark, Sir Stirling Moss and (Sir) John Surtees, this colour evokes the time when motor racing was dominated by driving legends. From Bentley to BRM, to Lotus and Vanwall, they all used British Racing Green. The dial of this piece represents the detailed dials used in some of the cars that raced during the 50’s and 60′ and shows information such as distance travelled using the accurate chronograph feature. The orange needles come from the historic link BRM Racing had with this iconic colour, where they highlighted the front grill of the car with bright orange to differentiate it from teammates.  Jaguar uses it to this day on their new Project 7 F-Type.

HERITAGE RACING

Few colour schemes bring out so much nostalgia as the Heritage Racing Chronographs. Used on race cars from the early 70’s right up to the mid 90’s these colours were synonymous with racing heroes and winners. Omologato are proud to celebrate this ‘Golden Era’ of motorsport and present you with the Heritage Racing. Handmade by craftsmen who’ve been assembling watches for over 30 years using ultra reliable Japanese Meca-Quartz movements. Not only do they not need maintenance but are highly accurate.

PANAMERICANA CHRONOGRAPH – Silverstone Grey

The all new P A N A M E R I C A N A Chronograph brings in a new phase to our watch design. The clean dial details are contrasted by vibrant colours schemes from across the Americas, all housed in a bespoke Stainless Steel case. Features include a matt dial, anti-reflective sapphire glass and Swiss movements.

LM BLUE 42MM

The round case and dials all came from designs we’d seen from the 1950’s, the white from the base colour of the cars. The stainless steel case a nod to historic bumpers found on classics such as the Ford GT, Aston Martins and AC Cobras. A tribute to the Worlds most famous endurance race, the 24 hours of Le Mans. Held in France in June every year this event tests even the most hardy racing cars and racers to the limit.

OMOLOGATO DAKAR CHRONOGRAPH

In January 2022 we supported the journey of Walter Roelants on his FR450 Rally Husqvarna on his second time at the legendary rally. What made it even more of a story is Walter is 61 years old – proving that age is just a number! This is also the second time we’ve got involved with Dakar. In 2021 we got involved with two wheeled racing with the British Superbikes so to be represented on a motorbike for this rally seems like a natural progression. Walter will be wearing our DAKAR Chronograph and putting it through its paces in the most gruelling conditions.

The very best of luck
