- Vehicle prizes: Maximum 1% (or less) of total tickets per customer
- Accessory prizes: Maximum 2% per customer
- This prevents any one person from buying a disproportionate number of entries, giving everyone a fair chance of winning
- All competitions are guaranteed to be drawn, regardless of how many tickets are sold
- Unsold tickets do not affect whether a draw takes place or whether a prize is awarded
- Live Draws take place publicly on our Facebook/YouTube channels for full transparency
- A random number is generated using Google’s Random Number Generator
- If the number selected has been sold, that ticket holder is the winner
- If the number selected has NOT been sold, the generator is run again until a sold number is selected
- This ensures every winner is selected purely by chance and from valid entries
- Auto Draws are completed instantly once the competition sells out or reaches its closing time
- Winners are selected using our independently verified, cryptographically secure random number generator
- The system only selects from sold ticket numbers, meaning every draw results in a winner immediately
- This process is fully automated, secure, and designed to ensure fairness and randomness
- All winners are selected entirely at random, in accordance with the laws of chance
- No manual intervention or influence is possible in the draw process
- Our systems and processes are designed to ensure transparency, integrity, and fairness at all times
- Winners are announced either:
- Live during the draw, or
- Automatically via our system (for Auto Draws)
- Winners of prizes such as site credit or ticket bundles will receive an automated email, and the prize will be applied as a coupon directly to their account
- Winners of physical prizes will be personally contacted on the next working day (Mon-Fri), between 9am – 5pm
