Bike Seal is a unique puncture prevention system for your motorcycle tyres, capable of sealing up to 15mm punctures and protecting against 95% of tread area punctures.

Made from a non-damaging, non-corrosive formula of state-of-the-art Aramid fibres (the same used in bulletproof vests), Bike Seal is eco-friendly, extremely easy to apply, and can save you time and money on new tyres. This sealant has been extensively tested and approved for use within the US, UK and NATO Armed Forces, and is widely used within the UK’s Blue Light Emergency Services.

How does it work? Once applied, if a puncture occurs, air pressure and gyroscopic forces, force fibres and filler particles in the Bike Seal to seal and form a plug over the puncture. The continued rotation of the wheel increases the seal, which prevents further loss of pressure within the tyre, and happens so quickly that any rider will be unaware of any puncture occurring. This is 95% effective on tubeless tyres and 75% effective on tubed tyres.

This means the product remains in solution, will not harden, and has a freezing point of -35c. Once opened, the bottle can be reused indefinitely, and has no expiry date. Each bottle contains enough formula to fully protect 1 x motorcycle (2 tyres), comes with a telescopic delivery cap, an extension cable if required, and a valve core removal tool, as well as easy-to-follow instructions to protect your tyres.
