The UK Government’s new Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators is now officially in effect… and we’re proud to say that Apex 66 Competitions is fully signed up and committed to it.
The new government-backed code has been introduced to help raise standards across the prize draw industry, with a strong focus on:

• Greater transparency
• Higher accountability from operators

As a member of the Prize Competitions Council and a signatory to the industry Code of Good Practice, we’re committed to operating with fairness, integrity, and complete transparency in how our competitions are run and winners are selected.
💥 Independently Verified Random Number Generation
We are upgrading our winner selection process by moving to an independently verified random number generation system designed to deliver greater transparency, fairness, and confidence for our players.
This means our draws will continue to be:
• Fair and unbiased
• Independently verified
• Transparent and trustworthy
• Operated to recognised industry standards
💥 Joining the Prize Competition Council
We’re also proud to be one of the first competition companies to officially join the Prize Competition Council (PCC), the industry trade body helping shape the future of fair and responsible prize draws in the UK.
It’s another step forward in strengthening our commitment to player safety, integrity and transparency across everything we do.
